The most awaiting android media player is available now. VLC player for android has been released. This release is called NEON and is still in beta stage. VLC for windows is a free, open source and simple media player which plays almost everything including streaming protocols. Although still in beta stage, the player had worked perfectly and played mp3 and OGG audio files, HD videos, flv videos and mp4 videos in Samsung Galaxy S2 without any hassles. The interface is not so attractive and still needs some face lift. Currently it doesn't support any skins like the desktop version but we may expect in future. It has a rating of 4.1/5 in play store already.
